Cross Promotions
Feb 12
2009
Do cross promotions or cross endorsements.
Find another product or service that you really like and offer to endorse it in exchange for the creator endorsing your product.
This is an effective technique because you both have a relationship with the people on your lists and they trust you – therefore the endorsement carries more weight than an ad would.
If you don’t currently have a list you can ask for endorsements simply based on the fact that the list owner will earn a commission on all sales to their list.
The key is to have them use your product first and then endorse it in their own words

Pros and Cons of Product “Google Shadow”
Feb 11
2009
Bottom Line:
If you are using PPC, or are interested in doing so, you probably should buy Google Shadow.
So, What is Google Shadow?
Google Shadow is the latest and greatest system for generating money by buying PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads on Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads, and Yahoo Ads.
Google Shadow explains the PPC system and how to make money from it in enough detail that someone who has never used PPC before – or even an affiliate program before – can understand and make money with their system.
With the Google Shadow system you do NOT need a website – in fact it is recommended to link directly to your affiliate link.
If you are wanting to learn PPC to bring traffic to your own existing website, Google Shadow could be a good resource, but there are cheaper places and ways to learn how. Start by reading the documentation at the Google Adwords site. (Also look for more articles where you found this one, there will be articles explaining PPC for bringing traffic to your own site.)
Google Shadow comes with a membership site that contains software that helps you to quickly create many PPC ads and then upload them to the ad network of your choice. The membership site also contains a users’ forum were you can quickly get answers to the questions you ask. The day I joined there weren’t very many members yet, but still every question that was asked was quickly and politely answered even though the answers could also be found in the documentation.
Google Shadow comes with several ebooks that describe the theory and practice behind the PPC affiliate business, and exactly, step – by -step, what to do. These ebooks are comprehensive enough for complete newbies to PPC to be able to use Google Shadow and their system.
It comes with multiple videos that show exactly how to use the software.
It comes with 2 case studies that show exactly how to do it, you can copy and paste these, and they will be adding more.
This system does not limit you, you can still do bad thins like overspending, but it does tell you how to set a daily budget, and how to quickly find out what is working and what is not so the most you risk on any one campaign is $15-$30, but it does not lock you in.
Google Shadow does NOT require keyword research! It generates keywords and ads for you based on the landing page of the affiliate links.
Pros of Google Shadow:
You don’t need to have any understanding of PPC principles because Google Shadow teaches what PPC is and how to use it, and all the theory behind it, in their main ebook. You will have PPC theory understanding after reading and using Google Shadow.
It shows you how to quickly and easily generate tons of affiliate links and hoplinks
It doesn’t limit you to Clickbank and Amazon – ANY affiliate network works with Google Shadow.
Google Shadow is sold through Clickbank so you have their standard easy 8 week money back guarantee for any reason – there is no risk to buying it.
If you do unsubscribe and or ask for a refund, you don’t have to return any of the ebooks or videos; you still have the theory and how to.
Since Google Shadow does not access your PPC accounts, it only provides files for those accounts, If you unsubscribe, it does not affect your PPC campaigns.
No danger of Google shutting you down, because it never touches Google’s websites or your websites.
The software is web based and works equally well with PCs, Macs or Linux systems.
Cons of Google Shadow:
You can’t just have a general affiliate link, like your Clickbank id, it requires full affiliate links, like the complete Clickbank hoplink to each product. (It does tell you how to quickly and easily get these.)
PPC is complex and if you are not experienced with it takes a bit of time to learn and understand. Don’t expect to buy Google Shadow, and then start making $127,783 a month immediately, Google Shadow owners seem to start by making a couple of hundred a week and then move up from there.
While the ebooks and software make it easy to create many ads for the various ad networks, it does NOT place the ads for you! It creates a downloadable file that you save to your desktop and then upload to the ad network. This only takes a few minutes, and is way better than the normal method of creating your ads one at a time on the ad network, but I had expected it to ask for my ad network login and post the ads for me.
The software is web based and is not accessible if you unsubscribe (It is a monthly membership.)
Summary:
Google Shadow is a series of ebooks, videos, and a membership site that teaches PPC Affiliate Marketing. It has a tool that lets you streamline the process, quickly find ads and campaigns that work and quickly turn off the ones that don’t work, and lets you maximize your profit.
The claims made on the sales page seem to be valid, but since it is sold through ClickBank you have 8 weeks to try it out and can easily get a refund if it is not for you.
If you are currently in the PPC game, or want to be, even if you have tried and failed in the past, Google Shadow is for you.

If you want more information, in about 8 hours I am doing a live webinar on Article Marketing, where I will be live in front of whoever is attending, writing an article about Google Shadow. I will then post different versions of this article to my blog, ezinearticles.com, and other places.
This webinar will be at http://isuccess.com and starts at 6:15 AM MST (That is GMT -7).
For you in the U.S. That is 6:15 IN THE MORNING – sucks, but that is the only time I can do it.
So, even if you have NO interest in making profits from PPC, but you ARE interested in article marketing, attend the webinar for free.
I will probably screw it up, crash and burn, I mean who on earth can write an article Live, in front of a class, and post several versions to several different sites?
Quite honestly, I am not sure I can pull it off.
But I am going to try.
Come watch! At the very least, it should be at least slightly entertaining.
