Workout with some new personal records (PRs) on back squat and bench

Today I got video of me squating 325lbsx2 in the bench station (no squat rack at this gym 🙁 ) and of me benching 225lbs. I am not upping my squat max because it might as well be a box squat – can’t quite hit parallel with the bench in the way.

** Barbell Squat **
– 45.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 95.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 95.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 135.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 185.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 225.0 lbs x 5 reps
– 275.0 lbs x 5 reps (Rep PR)

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **

My goals for 2016 are to pass 1000lbs and get my weight down under 200lbs. So, to be more specific, I will push my bench up to 250lbs, squat to 350lbs, and dead over 400lbs.

So, I need to add 25lbs to bench, 25lbs to squat, 25lbs to Dead, and take 25lbs off my weight 😀

(Maybe I should make it a goal to do this by July, and try to hit 1100lbs by end of year.)
